Sending an Email Money Transfer debits the money directly from your account, and securely and instantly sends it to Cruiseline via email to complete your purchase!

Check out the instructions below to get started!

  1. Sign in to your online banking if you’re with one of the five major banks:
  2. Click on the Interac Email Money Transfer tab on your screen.
  3. Decide which package you want, and how much to send in your EMT payment. You must send the total amount, including tax as indicated in the following chart:
  4. Fill out the following information:

Recipient Name: Cruiseline

Recipient Email Address: ipay@cruiseline.ca

Amount (CAD): Enter the total price including tax.

From Account: Select chequing or savings.

Memo to recipient: Enter your Cruiseline city, and the first 5 digits of your Cruiseline membership number. If you don’t have a membership number, enter 00000.

  1. Create and enter a security question, and the correct answer.

For example:
Question: What is your mother’s maiden name?
Answer: Smith

Important! You’ll be asked the answer to your security question when activating your time, so be sure to write it down!

  1. Send the EMT!

Once you’ve sent it, please wait 15-20 minutes for your bank to process and send the payment to us. Then, call our 24hr customer service team toll free at 1-877-882-2005. You will be asked the answer to your security question, so be sure to have it handy. The transaction will be completed immediately, and you will receive the time you’ve purchased on your membership number!
